David leaves to mourn his passing his mother Barbara; brother Gordon (Kathy) and sister Joan. David was predeceased by his father R.A. (Dick) Maconnell in 1992. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, July 26 at 7:00 p.m. in Winnipeg at Windsor Park United Church, 1062 Autumnwood Dr. Friends who so desire may make a contribution in his name to the First United Church, 320 East Hastings St., Vancouver, B.C. V6A 1P4. In his words: I heard someone laugh today -something about happiness And laughter is a nice sound -someone said the best sound -ever made --- ever known. May he now rest in peace.
